Diabetes dite plan

           Diabetes dite plan for Indians


South Indians:
Early morning:
* black coffee and digestive biscuits.
* Green tea , honey and lemon.
Breakfast:
* Two or three idlis with chutney and sambar(use less salts)
* Two doses with chutney and sambar
* One small bowl of upma with chutney.

Pretty lunch:
One orange or grapes and a glass of buttermilk.
Lunch:
* One bowl of rice and sambar with lots of vegetables. One bowl of curd.
* One bowl of rice with one small bowl of vegetables curry and either fish or chicken stew. One bowl of curd.

Evening snacks:
* Green tea with roasted flored rice with curry leaves and chopped garlic.
* Black coffee without sugar and backed ribbon pagoda.

Dinner:
* Vegetables clear soup or chicken and veg clear soup and two chapatis.
* Mix vegetables curry two chapatis and curd curd.

Before bed: one glass of buttermilk.
